- Shipping Schedule: Once your order is processed, the journey to your doorstep begins without unnecessary delay. You can expect your item to leave our facility within 24-48 hours if placed on a weekday.
- Weekend Orders: Should you decide to shop with us during the weekend or a holiday, rest assured that your order is a priority come Monday (or the next business day). Any purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday are dispatched within the next two business days, keeping the wait to a minimum.
- Shipping Carriers and Methods: We partner with USPS and UPS to offer you a range of shipping methods. You'll have the option to choose the speed and service that suits your needs at checkout. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, Lady Conceal reserves the option to choose the carrier.
- Shipping Notifications: We keep you in the loop. Once your item is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your purchase's progress to your door.
- Package Responsibility: Please note that once packages are picked up from our warehouse in Golden, CO, they are out of our control. If your shipment is delayed or you haven't received your package in a timely manner, we recommend contacting USPS or the relevant carrier directly for further assistance.
