Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Hang tags need to be included
  • The item must not appear used

Please note, that a refund will not be issued if these conditions are not met.

Notice for Dropshippers Only
If you are a Dropshipper, we kindly ask that you handle your own returns.
If you would like Lady Conceal to process returns on your behalf, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection, rewrapping, and restocking.

Defective or Damaged Goods:

  • Any items received defective or damaged must be reported within 5 business days of receipt to qualify for a replacement or credit.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage when reporting the issue.

Return Process:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us via email or phone to request a return
  2. Provide Details: Include the reason for the return, the original order number, and the items you wish to return.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can also send you a paid return label and deduct the cost from your refund/exchange. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Refund or Credit: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, refunds or credits will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and credits will be applied to your wholesale account for future purchases.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, you can easily pay the difference. We will send you an invoice reflecting your credit and the additional amount due, which you can pay with your preferred method of payment.
